"1-3) National Managing Holding Bayterek Is Exempted from Dividend Payout on the State Block of Shares following the results of 2013 - 2017 for the purpose of Financing of the New Projects and Programs Aimed at the Development of Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan; joint-stock companies.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
