1. The paragraph one of the note 1 to appendix 1 of Item 2.1 of the Section II of Payment terms of work of workers of general (end-to-end) professions and positions and workers whose professions and positions are carried to separate industries of the welfare sphere, the Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine approved by the order of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine of October 23, 2007 No. 210, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 21, 2007 for No. 1302/14569 (with changes) to state in the following edition:

"1. Official pay rates (tariff charges) since January 1, 2014 are calculated proceeding from the size of official pay rate (tariff charge) of the worker of 1 job grade - 852 hryvnias.".

2. Determine that since October 1, 2014 in the staff list official pay rates (tariff charges) of workers are established respectively in the following sizes:

1 job grade - 1218 hryvnias;

2 job grades - 1223 hryvnias;

3 job grades - 1233 hryvnias;

4 job grades - 1243 hryvnias;

5 job grades - 1253 hryvnias;

6 job grades - 1263 hryvnias.

3. Submit to legal management this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
