About entering of amendments into the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 188 of December 26, 2013 "About procedure for transfer and accounting of payments in the national public budget by means of treasurer system of the Ministry of Finance in 2014".
For the purpose of ensuring coordination of procedure for transfer and accounting of payments in the national public budget in connection with the changes brought in budget classification and in some legislative and the regulations which became effective in 2014 I ORDER:
In the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 188 of December 26, 2013 "About procedure for transfer and accounting of payments in the national public budget by means of treasurer system of the Ministry of Finance in 2014" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, No. 312-314/1923) to make the following changes and additions.
1. In the Section III "Receipts in the government budget (the main component)":
1.1. State Item 13 in the following edition:
"13. The taxpayers registered in the state tax authorities of municipiums of Chisinau and Belts transfer the income tax withheld at payment source into the government budget (Section 111 §20), the income tax from business activity (Section 111 §21), the income tax withheld from the amount of the paid dividends (Section 111 §22), and tax on the income from operating activiies (Section 111 §23). In case of payment on divisions of the tax liability the taxpayer shall be guided by Item 5 provisions."
1.2. State Item 25 in the following edition:
"25. According to the Law No. 190 of September 30, 2011 on some additional measures for ensuring financial stability special collection for ensuring financial stability (Section 122 §63) is transferred by commercial banks into treasurer acquisition account 122 63 00 0100 till January 31, 2014."
