About release of Kupchinsky city council from compensation of the losses caused by conclusion from agricultural turnover of the parcel of land
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. 1. – In departure from provisions of the Law on standard price and procedure for purchase and sale of the earth No. 1308-XIII of July 25, 1997 to exempt Kupchinsky city council, the area Edinets, from compensation of losses in the amount of 4018538 lei caused by conclusion from agricultural turnover of the parcel of land Ploshchad 3,5475 of hectare (cadastral number 4102105296), the plant on sorting and conversion of household waste provided under construction.
Art. 2. – The parcel of land concerning which the Kupchinsky city council according to Article 1 is exempted from compensation of the losses caused by conclusion from agricultural turnover is transferred to category of lands of the industry, transport, communication and other special purpose.
Art. 3. – To provide to the government together with body of local public authority modification of cadastral documentation according to this law.
