About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Education law No. 547-XIII of July 21, 1995 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, Art. No. 62-63, 692), with subsequent changes, to make the following additions:

1. Part (Article 13 to add 3) with the words "and on the basis of dual training system.

2. Add the law with Article 25-1 of the following content:

"Article 25-1. Secondary vocational education on the basis of dual training system

(1) According to the procedure, established by the Ministry of Education, in coordination with other competent central industry authorities, in partnership with the interested business entities secondary vocational education on the basis of dual training system will be organized.

(2) Acceptance on dual training is performed on tender on the basis of the bachelor's degree.

(3) the Education based on dual training system is performed only in day form, has duration of three years and corresponds to 60 mutually test educational credits in one year of training.

(4) the Education based on dual training system comes to the end with passing an examination on the licentiate's degree.

(5) the diploma of the licentiate with qualification of the technician-licentiate of the corresponding profile and specifying of the profession, with the insert is issued to the Graduates who passed examination for the licentiate's degree. The students who did not complete training can receive, at their request, the certificate of the academic progress in which results of the passed examinations are specified.".

Art. II. – In the Law on public associations No. 837-XIII of May 17, 1996 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 153-156BIS), with subsequent changes to make the following changes and additions:

1. Add Article 2 with part (4-1) following of content:

"(4-1) Non-profit organizations of public advantage the organizations which activities correspond to provisions of Article 30 are and answers Article 30-1 conditions.".
