About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 50 of January 15, 2013.

In the Order of the Government No. 50 of January 15, 2013. "About approval of the Regulations on issue of visas" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 10-14, 73) to make the following changes and additions:

1) in the Resolution:

in Item 5 "submissions of statements for issue of visa through the Elektronnaya Viza portal and issue of electronic visas" to exclude the text;

"6. Requirements of the Regulations on submission of statements for issue of visa through the Elektronnaya Viza portal and issue of electronic visas become effective on August 1, 2014".

2) in appendix No. 1:

"11. Consular competence for the applications for issue of visa submitted through the Elektronnaya Viza portal is assigned to Head department on consular cases of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration";

"20. Diplomatic mission notifies the petitioning person about acceptance and admissibility of the statement for issue of visa by phone or by means of electronic channels. In case of filing of application about issue of visa with violations of requirements of this provision diplomatic mission returns the application for issue of visa.";

in Item 22 of "consular legalization or legalization according to the Hague Convention from on October 5, 1961 concerning cancellation of the requirement about legalization of foreign official documents" shall be replaced with words the text "additional legalization";
