According to Articles 10, 13 Laws of Ukraine "About the Security Service of Ukraine", article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "About ensuring sanitary and epidemic wellbeing of the population", Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 22, 1999 No. 1109 "About approval of the Regulations on the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance in Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for carrying out the state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance in the Security Service of Ukraine ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on the public sanitary and epidemiologic service of the Security Service of Ukraine which are applied.
2. To provide to the chief of Military-medical management of the Security Service of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
