The parties mutually inform each other on development of own lists (nomenclatures) of professions of scientists and forming in the territory of the states of networks of councils on award of academic degrees and the principles on assignment of academic statuses.
They provide comparability of the main requirements to job seekers of academic degrees and ranks in the state systems of certification scientific and research and educational personnel of the top skills of the Parties.
