For the purpose of reduction of rates for the electrical energy made by GP "NHE Costesti" in compliance with the real costs connected with effective operation of production power stations and for provision to the company of opportunity to compensate the financial resources made in development and reconstruction of production capacities the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power (NARE) DECIDES:
1. In the Resolution of the NARE Administrative board No. 429 of October 21, 2011 (Monitorul Ofichial No. 182-186/1689 from 28.10.2011) to make the following changes:
in appendix No. 1 to the resolution in line item of GP "NHE Costesti" to replace figure of "17,00" with figure of "20,64".
2. Enact this resolution from the date of publication.
