1. Bring in the Procedure of activities for adoption and implementation of the supervision of observance of the rights of the adopted children approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 8, 2008 No. 905 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 79, Art. 2660; 2010, No. 1, Art. 38, No. 86, Art. 3046; 2011, No. 85, the Art. 3110, No. 93, the Art. 3368), changes which are applied.

2. To the ministries, other central executive bodies to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

Changes which are made to the Procedure of activities for adoption and implementation of supervision of observance of the rights of the adopted children

1. State Item 23 in the following edition:

"23. In case of documents acceptance the procedure and conditions of adoption, the right and obligation of candidates for adoptive parents, adoptive parents, adoption consequence in law, procedure of supervision of conditions of accommodation and education of the adopted child both in the territory of Ukraine, and beyond its limits are explained to applicants about what the statement in the form approved by Minsotspolitiki is drawn up, in duplicate, one of which in case of departure of the adopted child out of limits of Ukraine goes to the MFA.".
