About modification of Single forms of veterinary certificates
According to article 3 of the Agreement on the Eurasian economic commission of November 18, 2011 and Article 7 of the Customs union agreement on veterinary and sanitary measures of December 11, 2009 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. In the form of No. 1 of Single forms of the veterinary certificates approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 No. 317, in the text the word "certificates" shall be replaced with words "the veterinary certificate".
2. The forms of veterinary certificates issued before entry into force of this Decision and which are not considering the change specified in Item 1 of this Decision are used to their expenditure.
3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
