To form 1) as a part of the Serov district court of Sverdlovsk region permanent judicial presence in the working settlement of Sosva of the Serov district of Sverdlovsk region and the working settlement of Gary Garinsky of the region of Sverdlovsk region;

2) ceased to be valid according to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 31.07.2020 No. 256-FZ

3) to Judicial department under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation to perform the organizational actions connected with execution of this Federal Law;

4) financial provision of the payment commitments connected with execution of this Federal Law is performed at the expense of means of the federal budget within the budgetary appropriations provided on content of courts of law.
