About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About mail service"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 1, 2003 "About mail service" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2003, No. 8, Art. 462; 2004, No. 5, Art. 341; 2007, No. 7 of St, 684) following amendments:

Disclosure of information from the organizations of mail service is not considered non-compliance with requirements of confidentiality of correspondence and other correspondence sent through networks of mail service.".
