Article 1

Article 36 to add 1) with parts 8.1 and 8.2 of the following content:

"8.1. If the head of the municipality elected on municipal elections whose powers are stopped ahead of schedule based on the decision of representative body of the municipality on removal it in resignation appeals judicially the specified decision, early elections of the head of the municipality cannot be appointed to the introduction of the judgment in legal force.

8.2. If the head of the municipality elected from structure of representative body of the municipality whose powers are stopped ahead of schedule based on the decision of representative body of the municipality on removal it in resignation appeals judicially the specified decision, the representative body of the municipality has no right to make the decision on election from the list of the head of the municipality to the introduction of the judgment in legal force.";
