About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public service"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public service" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 12, the Art. 529) the following changes:

1. Third to state the paragraph to part 3 of Article 3 in the following edition:

"-on persons applying for position of advisers, consultants and assistants to political government employees;".

2. In paragraph four of part 1 of Article 13 of the word "recommends the selected candidates for appointment;" to exclude.

3. In Article 18:

the fourth parts 2 to declare the paragraph invalid;

state part 3 in the following edition:

"The internal reserve of personnel of state body is created:

- from the government employees holding managerial state positions in this state body and recommended for increase by results of certification;

- from persons specified regarding the 4th article 47 of this Law;

- from persons recommended by certification tender committee following the results of tender.".

4. Third to state the paragraph to part 5 of Article 24 in the following edition:

"-the advisers, assistants and consultants of political government employees who worked on these positions at least one year;".

5. To state part 4 of Article 47 in the following edition:

"Person exempted from public service on the bases provided in this Article joins in internal reserve of personnel based on the statement.".

Article 2. To the president of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.

Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
