Bring in the Procedure for the appointment and payment of government assistance to families with children approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1751 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 52, Art. 2365; 2002, No. 52, Art. 2372; 2004, No. 34, Art. 2255; 2008, No. 15, Art. 364, No. 63, Art. 2135; 2011, No. 47, Art. 1905; 2012, No. 7, Art. 249; 2014, No. 53, Art. 1408), following changes:

the first offer of paragraph two of Item 26 after the words "government assistance" to add with words "(except the government public assistance paid on handicapped children according to the legislation)";

add Item 27 with the subitem 6 of the following content:

"6) the medical certificate about the handicapped child aged up to 18 years, issued in the procedure established by the Ministry of Health.".
