"-activities for issue of certificates of keys of digital signatures, registration of owners of digital signatures, rendering the services connected with use of digital signatures and to confirmation of authenticity of digital signatures;";

- in paragraph five of the word "intended for receipt of secret information" shall be replaced with words "intended for secret receipt of information".
