About introduction of amendments to the Law on funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2014 No. 330 of December 23, 2013

This organic law is adopted based on provisions of article 106-1 of the Constitution by acceptance on itself the Government of responsibility to Parliament.

In the Law on funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2014 No. 330 of December 23, 2013 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 9-13, of the Art. 20), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:

1. In Article of 1 figure "4723575,2" and "4973575,2" to replace with figures of "4654499,8" and "4904499,8".

2. In appendix 1:

in the Section I:

in line item "I. The income, all" figures of "4723575,2" to replace with figures of "4654499,8";

in line item "4. To replace transfers from the government budget for medical insurance of categories of persons which insurance is performed by the Government" figures of "2234556,6" with figures of "2175481,2";

in line item "6." Figures of "34220,0" to replace transfers from the government budget for implementation of national programs in health care with figures of "24220,0";

in the Section II:

in line item "II. Expenses, all" figures of "4973575,2" to replace with figures of "4904499,8";

in line item "1. (Fixed assets)" figures of "4531200,9" to replace fund of payment of the current medical services with figures of "4521200,9";

in line item "2." Figures of "109393,6" to replace reserve fund of compulsory medical insurance with figures of "60318,2";

in line item "3." Figures of "46893,6" to replace Preventive actions fund (the prevention of risks of disease) with figures of "36893,6".
