agreed as follows:

Article 1

For the purpose of the best acquaintance with achievements of culture of the Party will encourage creative cooperation in the field of culture and art, including way:

a) cooperation between the creative unions of artists and cultural institutions;

b) the organizations of tours of on-stage performance groups and contractors, establishing business contacts between the composers, artists and other persons occupied in the field of culture;

c) holding festivals, exhibitions, concerts and theatrical performances;

d) lecturing, holding seminars and conferences;

e) exchange of editions in the field of culture;

e) experience exchange and experts in the field of preservation and restoration of objects of historical and cultural heritage.

Article 2

Each of the Parties according to the procedure established in the country will give to physical persons and legal entities of other country opportunity to use libraries, the museums, galleries, archives and other organizations of cultural nature for scientific work, study and in other purposes answering to this agreement.

Article 3

The parties will help cooperation between organizations, associations and the organizations of culture, science and education of two countries, to establishment of direct exchanges and development of partner and cultural ties between regions and the cities of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic Georgia.
