I. Add the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, Art. No. No. 9-13, 88) the Section IX-1 of the following content:
"The Section IX-1 the Specific mode of pre-judicial investigation in the conditions of warlike, emergency state or around conducting anti-terrorist operation
Article 615. Specific mode of pre-judicial investigation in the conditions of warlike, emergency state or around conducting anti-terrorist operation
1. In the territory (the administrative territory) on which the legal regime of warlike, emergency state acts of conducting anti-terrorist operation, in case of impossibility of accomplishment in the terms established by the law by the investigative judge of the powers provided by Articles 163, of 164, of 234, of 235, of the 247 and 248 of this Code, and also powers on election of measure of restraint in the form of detention for a period of up to 30 days of persons suspected of making of crimes, 377-379, 437-444 Criminal codes of Ukraine provided by Articles 109-114-1, 258-258-5, 260-263-1, 294, of 348, of 349,, these powers are carried out by the corresponding prosecutor".
II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
