being guided by desire to develop and strengthen cooperation in the field of tourism,

for the purpose of creating favorable conditions for expansion of the international tourist backgrounds, as factor of deepening of friendship,

proceeding from desire to develop these relations by broad cooperation between governmental bodies on tourism, national, regional and other tourist organizations,

agreed about the following:

Article 1

The parties will promote development and strengthening of business cooperation between the organizations operating in the field of tourism for the purpose of mutual acquaintance of the relevant organizations and citizens of both countries with experience in area of social and economic development, science and culture, and also historical monuments, tourist and natural sights, cultural and historical traditions of the people of the states.

Article 2

The parties agreed to promote opening of tourist representations, information and customer services in both countries.

Before opening in the territory of one of the Parties of information and customer services, other Party gives help in acceptance and servicing of tourists.

Article 3

The parties agreed to create necessary conditions to tourist representative offices of both states for ensuring fruitful activities of the tourist organizations.

Article 4

The parties agreed to create to tourists favorable conditions for entrance and movement on the territory of the states on the basis of the current legislation and rules.

Article 5

The parties will help the organization of tourist exhibitions and fairs in the territory of both states.
