About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About prosecutor's office" concerning creation of military prosecutor's offices

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About prosecutor's office" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1991, No. 53, Art. 793 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

1. Add Article 9 with part five of the following content:

"Military prosecutors have the right to participate in organizational events which are held by bodies, behind compliance with laws which they exercise supervision".

2. In Article 13:

the first offer of part one to add with the words "and also military prosecutor's offices";

after part one to add with four new parts of the following content:

"Military prosecutor's offices of regions (as regional), the military prosecutor's offices of garrisons and other military prosecutor's offices equated to prosecutor's offices of the cities and areas belong to military prosecutor's offices the Main Military Procuracy (as structural division of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine).

In the military prosecutor's offices equated to prosecutor's offices of the cities departments due to the number of staff of these prosecutor's offices in case of need can be formed.

If owing to exceptional circumstances bodies of prosecutor's office of Ukraine which shall exercise supervision there, for the decision of the Attorney-General of Ukraine do not operate on certain administrative and territorial units accomplishment of their functions can rely on military prosecutor's offices.

Education, reorganization and liquidation of military prosecutor's offices, determination of their status, competence, structure and states is performed by the Attorney-General of Ukraine".

3. In Article 14:
