About modification of some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In part (1) Article 184-1 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149-XIV of July 20, 2000 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of January 1, 2007), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

in the prolog to exclude the words "and placements for the period up to 180 days during the period of 12 months";

Art. II. – In article 10 of the Law on procedure for import to the Republic of Moldova and export from its territory of property physical persons No. 1569-XV of December 20, 2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. in the prolog of part (the words "for the period up to 180 days during the period of 12 months" to exclude 3);

part (3-2) to recognize invalid;

part (3-3) to state in the following edition:

"(3-3) Vehicles imported according to part provisions (3), cannot be in the territory of the Republic of Moldova

over the term established by the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova irrespective of persons who import them.".
