About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning estimative activities

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In Item 5 parts one of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, No. 28, Art. 311; 2014, Art. No. 20-21, 712):

the sixth and twelfth to state paragraphs in the following edition:

"Professional estimative activity in the course of privatization and lease of state-owned property";

"Keeps in the procedure determined by it the State register of appraisers and subjects of estimative activities which perform assessment of property, of property rights and perform professional estimative activity in the corresponding directions (specializations)";

the seventeenth to exclude the paragraph.

2. Item 4 of the Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning privatization concerning realization of provisions of the State program of privatization for 2012-2014" (2012, 43, the Art. 551) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to No. in the following edition:

"4. Determine that assessment of subjects to privatization, and also assessment of other property, property rights, including normative money value, is performed according to the legislation concerning estimative activities".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
