About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2013 No. 207

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2013 No. 207 "About approval of the Procedure for issue of vouchers for maintenance of competitiveness of persons in the labor market" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 26, the Art. 867) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2013 No. 207

1. In Item 2 of the resolution:

Subitem 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1) to the Ministry of Education and Science - forming, placement on the website and permanent updating of the list of the educational institutions having license for activities on provision of educational services, the certificate on certification or the certificate on accreditation of educational institution according to the list approved by this resolution and informing on it quarterly to the 10th day of the next month of the State jobcenter.";

2) to add Item with the subitem 3 following of content:

"3) to Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations - representation annually till November 1 in case of need to the Ministry of social policy of offers on modification of the list approved by this resolution.".
