Bring in the Procedure for state registration of the rights to real estate and their encumbrances, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of October 17, 2013 No. 868 "About approval of the Procedure for state registration of the rights to real estate and their encumbrances and the Procedure for provision of information from the State register of the rights to real estate" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 96, the Art. 3549), changes which are applied.

1. In Item 49:
in the paragraph the thirteenth" which authenticity of the signature makes sure according to the Law of Ukraine "About notariate" to exclude words;
the third offer of the paragraph of the sixteenth to exclude;
the second offer of the paragraph of the seventeenth to exclude.
2. Add the Procedure with Item 49-1 of the following content:
"49-1. In case of carrying out state registration of the property right with issue of the certificate to individual (farmstead) apartment houses, garden, country houses, economic (home) buildings and constructions, extensions to them, located in the territory of village councils and finished with construction till August 5, 1992, person behind whom personal accounts are enshrined in pokhozyaystvenny books of the relevant village councils can be the interested person.
