"Article 81. Festive and memorable days

8) Independence Day of Turkmenistan - on October 27-28;

11) Oraza Bayrams - specific date of Oraz Bayrams is annually determined by the Presidential decree of Turkmenistan.

2. In case of coincidence of non-working festive or memorable day to the day off (Sunday) in the day off the working day following after festive or memorable day is.
