The governments of state members of the Customs union within Eurasian economic community which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties based on the Constitutive treaty of Eurasian economic community of October 10, 2000, the Agreement on creation of single customs area and forming of the Customs union of October 6, 2007, the Agreement on the Eurasian economic commission of November 18, 2011,

for the purpose of creation of conditions for ensuring free circulation of vehicles (the chassis of vehicles), self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment on single customs area of the Customs union and determination of procedure for execution of passports of vehicles (passports of the chassis of vehicles) and passports of self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment in single forms agreed as follows:

Article 1

This agreement regulates the following questions: application of single forms of the passport of the vehicle (the passport of the vehicle chassis) and the passport of the self-propelled machine and other types of the equipment issued on vehicles (the chassis of vehicles), the self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment made in the territories of the states of the Parties and which are subject to registration in the territories of the states of the Parties;

application of electronic passports of vehicles (passports of the chassis of vehicles) and electronic passports of the self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment which are drawn up on vehicles (the chassis of vehicles), the self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment which are subject to state registration in the territories of the states of the Parties.
