About introduction of amendments to the Law on the state system of social insurance No. 489-XIV of July 8, 1999

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on the state system of social insurance No. 489-XIV of July 8, 1999 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, Art. No. 1-4, 2), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 5:

part (to state 1) in the following edition:

"(1) Payers of budget payments of the national social insurance shall represent on paper or by means of the automated methods of the electronic reporting using the digital signature the declaration on charge and use of fees of compulsory national social insurance and the declaration on inundated accounting of insured persons as follows:

a) employers, irrespective of type of property and form of business, – monthly, to the 25th following for reporting;

b) physical persons: the individual entrepreneurs, lawyers, public notaries, legal executives and mediators which acquired the right to implementation of activities in the procedure established by the law irrespective of form of business which have no the workers working according to the individual employment contract – once a year till January 15 of the year following for reporting;

c) the adjusting declarations for the periods of accounting year – till March 25 of the year following for reporting.";

part (to state 4) in the following edition:

"(4) the Declarations specified in parts (1) and (2), move in territorial authorities of National cash desk in the location of the employer or at the place of residence of insured person.

Declarations are considered as the accepted territorial authorities if the payer of budget payments of the national social insurance submitted supporting documents: declaration copy with mark of territorial authority, the electronic receipt confirming adoption of the declaration with information system of National cash desk. Instructions about procedure for creation and submission of declarations are published by National cash desk.";
