About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of enhancement of the legislation in the field of subsurface use, according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About subsoil", being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of regulatory legal acts in the field of subsurface use" of December 14, 2012 No. 834 the following changes and amendments:

1) in Regulations on the procedure for licensing of subsurface use approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in all text of the word "licensed appendix" in different case and numerical forms shall be replaced with words "license agreement" in the corresponding cases and numbers;

- to state paragraph two of Item 9 in the following edition:

"-on objects which list approves authorized state body on realization of state policy on subsurface use on the basis of recommendations of Scientific and technical council under this authorized body;";

- state Item 12 in the following edition:

"12. The decision on conducting direct negotiations with the applicant on receipt of mineral rights by direct negotiations is made by the Commission concerning licensing of subsurface use of authorized state body on realization of state policy on subsurface use.
