Some questions of social and economic development of the separate territories in 2014

According to article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2014" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve distribution in 2014 of subvention from the government budget to local budgets on implementation of actions for social and economic development of the territories between local budgets according to appendix.

2. Determine what in 2014 subventions from the government budget to local budgets on implementation of actions for social and economic development of the territories goes to regional budgets and the city budget of Kiev for implementation of actions for energy saving on substitution of consumption of natural gas and reducing consumption of natural gas by upgrade of the heatgenerating equipment in the field of heat supply.

Permit the Donetsk regional public administration to use the specified subvention for construction, reconstruction, capital repairs of infrastructure facilities of utility property for the purpose of the recovery of systems of centralized water supply and water disposal damaged (destroyed) during conducting anti-terrorist operation.

3. Provide to the Ministry of Finance approval of distribution of subvention, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, of Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the budget.
