About modification of some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In Item and) article 5 of the Law on the public assistance No. 547-XV of December 25, 2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 42-44, 249), with subsequent changes, shall be replaced with words the words "to the foreign citizens and persons without citizenship living in the territory of the Republic of Moldova on legal causes;" "to the foreigners specified in part (1) article 2 of the Law on integration of foreigners in the Republic of Moldova No. 274 of December 27, 2011;".
Art. II. – In article 4 of the Law on social benefit No. 133-XVI of June 13, 2008 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 179, the Art. 625), with subsequent changes, words "the citizens of other states, stateless persons or refugees living in the Republic of Moldova according to the legislation." shall be replaced with words "the foreigners specified in part (1) article 2 of the Law on integration of foreigners in the Republic of Moldova No. 274 of December 27, 2011.".
Art. III. – In Item and) article 5 of the Law on social services No. 123 of June 18, 2010 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 155-158, 541) words "to the foreign citizens, refugees and persons without citizenship living in the territory of the Republic of Moldova on legal causes;" shall be replaced with words "to the foreigners specified in part (1) article 2 of the Law on integration of foreigners in the Republic of Moldova No. 274 of December 27, 2011;".
Art. IV. – To the government in six-months time to bring the regulations into accord with this law.
