1. Approve Regulations on processing and personal data protection in the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation according to appendix to this order.

2. Administrative personnel to department:

provide technical protection of information systems in which personal data of federal government civil servants of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation are processed;

ensure safety of personal records of federal government civil servants of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation and protection of their personal data against unauthorized use or loss;

include in official regulations of the federal government civil servants of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation authorized on processing of personal data, relevant provisions about service duties on ensuring confidentiality of personal data;

give rooms in which processing and storage of personal data of federal government civil servants of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, in compliance with requirements for ensuring their safety, fire safety, and also protection against unauthorized penetration of strangers are performed.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation L. O. Stavitsky.

Regulations on processing and personal data protection in the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation

I. General provisions

1.1. The regulations on processing and personal data protection in the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation (further - the Provision) determine the purposes, content and procedure for processing of personal data, measures directed to personal data protection, and also the procedures directed to identification and prevention of violations of the law of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data in the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation.
