Article 1. Bring in part one of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 22, 2003 "About primary professional education" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2003, No. 4, Art. 151; 2007, No. 7, Art. 696; 2009, No. 3, Art. 84; 2012, No. 7, Art. 718) following changes:
- in paragraph one of the word "at least 3 years" shall be replaced with words "up to 3 years";
- in paragraph three of the word "1-2 years" shall be replaced with words "up to 2 years".
Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
