Art. I. – In the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the National agency on regulation in power approved by the Resolution of Parliament No. 238 of October 26, 2012 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 22-25, 86), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Items 2, 4 and 6, subitems a), g) and i) Item 9, subitems b), f), k) and p) Item 11, Item 30 of the word "in energy area", "in the field of power" and "in the energy sector" shall be replaced with words "in the field of power and public service of water supply and the sewerage", words "the sphere of power" – the words "field of power and public service of water supply and sewerage", words of "the energy companies" – words of "the companies of the energy sector and public service of water supply and the sewerage", words "the energy companies" – words "the companies of the energy sector and public service of water supply and the sewerage".

2.
