1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on normative indicators of sufficiency of own means established for professional participants of the security market" of August 15, 2011 No. 467 the following amendment:
The regulations on normative indicators of sufficiency of own means established for professional participants of the security market, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add with Item 11-1 of the following content:
"11-1. For the purposes and within this provision as quick assets of the professional participants of the security market performing activities for the organization of the securities trading and depository activity intangible assets in the form of the software used in their main activities taking into account charged depreciation can be acknowledged.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after 15 days from the date of official publication.
