1. "63. Violation by the subsoil user of the regulations of selection of hydrocarbonic raw material provided by project documents is not allowed. Exceeding of the actual annual production over project is allowed no more than for ten percent on condition of observance of project operating modes of the wells and accomplishment provided by the project document for development of the object of operation:

programs for drilling of operational fund;

amounts and structure of downloading agent;

actions for production intensification.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
