Bring in the Law of the Russian Federation of December 27, 1991 No. 2124-1 "About mass media" (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 7, Art. 300; Russian Federation Code, 2001, No. 32, Art. 3315; 2002, No. 30, Art. 3029; 2004, No. 27, Art. 2711; No. 45, Art. 4377; 2011, No. 25, Art. 3535; 2012, No. 31, Art. 4322) following changes:

1) in Article 10 part two the word is "applied" to be replaced with the word "are applied", after words of "state fee", to add with the words "the documents confirming observance of provisions of article 19.1 of this Law";

2) in Article 16:

a) add with new part five of the following content:

"Activities of mass media can be also suspended in connection with abuse of regulations, the stipulated in Clause 19.1 presents of the Law, by a court decision according to the procedure of civil legal proceedings according to the statement of registering body.";
