If the international treaty of the Republic of Uzbekistan establishes other rules, than those which are stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Uzbekistan about Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan then are applied rules of the international treaty.
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Chamber) is created for the purpose of providing favorable legal, economic and social conditions for realization of entrepreneurial initiative, development of mutually advantageous partnership between business community and state governing bodies, other bodies and the organizations, strengthenings of guarantees of protection of the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of entrepreneurship, rendering comprehensive assistance in improvement of business environment and the investment climate, full support of foreign economic activity of subjects of entrepreneurship.
