The Parliament adopts this organic law.
In departure from provisions of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149-XIV of July 20, 2000, the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 and the Law on customs tariff No. 1380-XIII of November 20, 1997 to resolve according to the procedure of exception to public medical and sanitary organization to Research institution of health protection of mother and child import to the country of medical products (according to appendix) and services in their installation, training, guarantee maintenance, with exemption of import payments, without the right of alienation and inappropriate use.
