Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 2012 No. 321 "About approval of the Procedure for providing with technical and other means of rehabilitation of disabled people, handicapped children and other separate categories of the population, the list of such means" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 31, the Art. 1146, No. 91, Art. 3678; 2014, No. 64, the Art. 1760) changes which are applied.

1. According to the procedure of ensuring with technical and other means rehabilitation of disabled people, handicapped children and other separate categories of the population, approved by the specified resolution:
Item 1 to add 1) with the paragraph of the following content:
"Persons whose disability is connected with labor mutilation caused labor accident or occupational disease, are provided with technical and other means of rehabilitation by fund of social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases, and those which are not subject to ensuring rehabilitation with technical and other means by fund of social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases - according to this Procedure based on the reference of territorial department of Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases about refusal in providing with the specified means.";
2) in Item 2:
the first and ninth to state paragraphs in the following edition:
