About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for application of coefficients of frequency rate in case of salary accrual by the government and local government officer" of April 16, 2008 No. 150

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for application of coefficients of frequency rate in case of salary accrual by the government and local government officer" of April 16, 2008 No. 150, the following changes:

- in preamble of the word "with the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic " about payment terms of work of the government and local government officers of the Kyrgyz Republic " of December 13, 2007 No. 548" shall be replaced with words "with article 1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the extreme number of staff and about payment terms of work of the government and local government officers of the Kyrgyz Republic";

- in the name of the resolution and in Item 1 of the word "and to municipal" to exclude;

- according to the procedure of application of coefficients of frequency rate in case of the salary accrual by the government and local government officer approved by the above-stated resolution:

in the name, in all text and in appendices to the Procedure for the word "and to municipal" to exclude;

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. This Procedure establishes application of coefficients of frequency rate in case of salary accrual by the government employee specified in appendix 6 to the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of July 29, 2011 No. 436 chipboard.";
