About requirements to the information technologies used by operators of services of payment infrastructure for the purposes of recognition of payment system by national significant payment service provider

1. Information technologies shall conform to the following requirements.

1.1. Developers (owners) at least 25 percent of the services of payment infrastructure of the applied software providing implementation of functions of the operational center and payment clearing center, the software providing information security used by operators, and also software of payment card are the legal entities created in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (further - the Russian organizations).

1.2. License agreements provide to operators of services of payment infrastructure right to use of the software specified in subitem 1.1 of this Item, in the territory of the Russian Federation within at least five years and also provide the licensor's obligation on updating of versions of software.

1.3. Material carriers of payment cards according to results of the carried-out tests conform to requirements of the following national standards of the Russian Federation:
