About the organization and maintaining in the Kyrgyz Republic of statistics of mutual trade in goods with state members of the Customs union and foreign trade statistics goods with the third countries

For the purpose of Section IX implementation of actions "In the field of statistics" the Actions plan ("road map") on accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Customs union, coordination of activities of state bodies for forming of statistics of mutual trade in goods with state members of the Customs union and foreign trade statistics goods with the third countries, being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Determine National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic (by approval) as the authorized body responsible for maintaining statistics of mutual and foreign trade in goods, forming of information on foreign trade turnover of the country and provision to bodies of the legislative, executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Eurasian economic commission and other users of official statistical information according to fixed terms.

2. To the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, on the basis of the data containing in the declarations on goods provided to customs authorities to provide forming of information and maintaining statistics, with monthly submission to National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic of data:

- statistics of mutual trade in goods of the Kyrgyz Republic with state members of the Customs union, from the moment of accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Customs union for preserving customs control on border with the countries of the Customs union;

- customs statistics of foreign trade in goods with the third countries (on permanent basis).

3. Recommend to National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic:
