About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and some laws of Ukraine concerning strengthening of control of turnover of excise goods and refining of separate tax regulations

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Tax code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, Art. No. No. 13-17, 112):

To replace 1) in subitem 14.1.177 of Item 14.1 of article 14 of figure "230" with figures "229";

And figures "subitem 215.1.5 of Item 215.1 of Article 215" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 219.5 of Article 219 of the word also in figures "subitem 215-1.1.5 of Item 215-1.1 of Article 215-1";

3) in Item 229.1 of Article 229:

in subitem 229.1.11 of the word "bioethanol and" to exclude;

state subitem 229.1.15 in the following edition:

"229.1.15. In case of production of bioethanol it is forbidden:

a) production and storage of ethyl alcohol at the companies for bioethanol production. If the company has separate divisions, production and storage of ethyl alcohol in those separate divisions making bioethanol is forbidden;

b) storage of bioethanol in warehouses of the producer without denaturation its gasoline (1-10 percent)";

4) in Article 230:

to state the subitem "an" of Item 230.13 in the following edition:

"a) does mark in the commodity-transport delivery note registered in the Unified register of commodity-transport delivery notes on movement of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic beverages about approval of its import by putting down of stamp "Entrance is resolved" and the personal signature, notes time of entrance and indicators of vehicle mileage, performs the log entry of registration of receipt of ethyl alcohol, and also takes part in work of the commission on acceptance of ethyl alcohol";

add with Item 230.13-1 of the following content:
