About additional measures for the organization of activities of the higher school of business
For the purpose of further enhancement and improvement of quality of preparation and retraining of highly qualified specialists in the field of business management and corporate management, providing real industries of economy and the sphere of entrepreneurship with the managerial personnel capable to up-to-date solve problems on effective management of business processes, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Finance, State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition, Academy of public administration in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan about transformation of the Higher school of business under Academy of the state and public construction in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Higher school of business under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Determine that the Higher school of business under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Higher school of business) is:
independent highest educational institution on preparation for bodies of economic board, subjects of small business and private entrepreneurship of highly qualified specialists in the field of business management and corporate management;
the legal successor under agreements and obligations of the Higher school of business under Academy of the state and public construction in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
