About modification of the Regulations on procedure for placement, the address and the redemption of securities of institute of joint investment

According to Item 3 parts one of Article 7 and Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", the Laws of Ukraine "About securities and the stock market", "About economic societies" and "About institutes of joint investment" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Bring in Regulations on procedure for placement, the address and redemption of securities of institute of the joint investment approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of July 30, 2013 No. 1338, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 28, 2013 for No. 1475/24007 (further - the Provision), the following changes:

1) in Item 6 of the Section II of the word of "securities" shall be replaced with words ", transfer of the rights to securities";

2) in the Section V:

add Item 2 with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The company on asset management shall submit the specified report to the Commission within three working days from date which the company on asset management considers date of achievement of the minimum amount of assets.";
