Declare invalid the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of December 19, 2006 No. 1528 "About approval of the Provision on preparation of the audit opinions represented to State commission on securities and the stock market in case of disclosure of information by issuers and professional participants of the stock market", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 23, 2007 for No. 53/13320 (with changes).

2. And clerical works (A.Zaik) to provide to management of information technologies promulgation of this decision on the official site of the National commission on securities and the stock market.

3. (A. Zbarazhskaya) to provide to management of internal audit and communications publication of this decision in the official printing publication of the National commission on securities and the stock market.

4. To provide to department of the analysis, strategy and development of the legislation (M. Libaniya) submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

5. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
