About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine
According to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 9, 2010 to No. 1085 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies", the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 19, 2012 No. 861 "About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" and of October 24, 2012 No. 970 "About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on programs of economic and social development" I ORDER:
1. In Item 2 of the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of July 31, 2007 No. 250 "About approval of the Accounting treatment for the state target programs", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 15, 2007 for No. 944/14211 (with changes), the words "department of the state target programs of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "department of strategic planning of development of economy of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine".
2. Bring in the Accounting treatment for the state target programs, the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine approved by the order of July 31, 2007 No. 250, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 15, 2007 for No. 944/14211 (with changes), the following changes:
1) in the paragraph the second item 4 of the word "when forming the list of programs as a part of the draft of the State program of economic and social development of Ukraine for the corresponding year" to exclude;
Item 5 to exclude 2).
With respect thereto to consider Item 6 Item 5;
3) in the text of the Procedure for the word "Ministry of Economics of Ukraine" in all cases shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of economic development and trade of Ukraine" in the corresponding cases.
