About modification and amendments in the Law on the government budget for 2014 No. 339 of December 23, 2013

This organic law is adopted based on provisions of article 106-1 of the Constitution by acceptance on itself the Government of responsibility to Parliament.

In the Law on the government budget for 2014 No. 339 of December 23, 2013 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 14-16, 34), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In part (1) Articles of 1 figure "27 220 315,1",

"29 784 044,2" and "2 563 729,"" to replace respectively with figures "27 570 005,1", "30 010 942,8" and "2 440 937,7".

2. Article 2:

state Item 1-1) in the following edition:

"1-1) in the budget of the Ministry of Agriculture and food industry:

a) for partial compensation of expenses to owners of the lands located along the route Rybnitsa-Tiraspol, the area Dubesar – in the amount 13 428,9 thousand lei;

b) for financial support of producers of fruit, for the purpose of decrease in negative impact of the restrictions introduced by the Russian Federation on:

purchase of apples for requirements satisfaction of preschool institutions, elementary and comprehensive schools, schools of special purpose and military units – in the amount 19 500,0 thousand lei;

allocation of financial support - in the amount 138 000,0 thousand lei.

The procedure for distribution of the means specified in this Item is established by the Government";

in Item 4) to replace figures "4 364,7" and "104887,8" respectively with figures "4 064,7" and "105957,8";

6) to exclude Item.

3. State Article 3 in the following edition:
